You can use redirects if your site has moved, to shorten your URL but redirecting from a page with a shorter URL, or pretty much for any purpose. You can also set a timer and leave a message on the original page! Here is the script:
You put the script in your <head> section of your site. You don't need to put anything in the body at all - just leave it empty if you wish. The URL is where you put the url you're redirecting to. The 0 represents the time people see your page until it redirects. Feel free to increase the number if you want them to see a message on your original page first, for example.
