This layout uses frames! That means when you edit it and make individual pages, leave the index.html page alone and work with index2.html instead. All of the directions are in the index2.html file in <!--these brackets-->.

Hopefully you've figured out the navigation. To scroll, use the little arrows to the right of the text. Navigation is the little hearts on top of the text.
