Site policy & frequently asked questions

Using Layouts; Do not use layouts for sites with illegal content. Do not redistribute any of the layouts - they are for personal use only. You must leave the credits portion of the layout alone; do not alter it in any way. If you want to alter the rest of the layout for your own purposes, you may do so but do not remove the credits and state that it was altered.
Using Graphics; Graphics are for personal use only; do not redistribute. If you are using the buttons or banners for your website, please credit Neskaya.Net. You do not need to credit me for avatar usage, but you certainly can!
Using Tutorials; I worked hard to write all of my tutorials so if you found any of them useful, feel free to credit Neskaya.Net. Just don't take my words and redistribute the tutorials on your own sites. Actually, that pretty much goes for anything in this site - don't steal, don't claim credit, don't redistribute!
Submissions; I welcome all submissions - layouts, graphics, tutorials, quizzes, ideas - just about everything. You can submit content by either emailing me (strawbee at neskaya.net) or through the forums. However, I will be picky about what I put up on the site. If your layout isn't quality enough, then I won't add it, but thanks anyway! You will be fully credited for any submissions I place on the site.
Custom Designs; I don't make custom designs at request. Unless you're willing to pay for it. :3~
Affiliation; See if affiliation is open here.
Linking; Feel free to link me, and thank you! Buttons are in the links section. You can contact me about link exchanges, or simply post in the forums and I'll get around to looking at your site. If I like your site, I will link you back. :)

May I contact you for website help? Until this site gets really busy and I won't have time to reply to everything, yes. :3 I'll try to respond, but I don't guarentee a prompt reply or even a reply. If it doesn't have to be answered by me personally, try asking in the forums!
