Current affiliates & affiliation information

I currently have no affiliates! As of right now, affiliation is semi-open meaning I prefer that you ask to link exchange and I'll ask you~ but if your site has a similar policy or you think you'll really wow me you can ask as well.

Affiliates of Neskaya.Net will receive a link on every page via the Hello Kitty icons above the navigation. They will also be featured on this page with a banner and a description by yours truly.

I'm looking for quality (as well as quantity) and active sites to affiliate with. I'm looking for good sites - there's so much I could qualify that with. Potential, dedication, and really interesting content as well as an eye-catching and pleasing layout are important. I'm looking to affiliate with sites that share similar goals or interests with mine. I'm not going to limit it to only design sites, but no personal sites or collectives. I will not affiliate with sites that are already affiliated with a billion other sites - affiliates are special links.
